Fido Finance Fuel Card Incentive – Terms & Conditions
This promotion is conducted by Fidelis Finance Pty Ltd ABN 31 640 939 162 Australian Credit License 523478, trading as Fido Finance (we, us, our).
Fido Finance is a finance broker only and not a lender. Finance is provided by third-party lenders.
This promotion applies to eligible enquiries submitted during a campaign period specified in the relevant marketing material (Promotional Period). If there is no campaign period specified in the marketing material the Promotional Period is open for enquiries made through that campaign for a period of 30 days from when the campaign was last being promoted.
Fido Finance reserves the right to extend, vary, or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
To qualify for the fuel card incentive (Offer), a customer must:
a. Submit an enquiry to Fido Finance directly in connection with a specific marketing campaign promoting this Offer (including but not limited to email, paid advertising, search campaigns or social media);
b. Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over;
c. Apply for and successfully settle a finance contract arranged by Fido Finance with a third-party lender; and
d. Settle that finance within three (3) months of the initial enquiry date.
The Offer applies only where:
a. Finance is arranged through Fido Finance; and
b. The loan is approved, documented, and settled with a lender introduced by Fido Finance.
Eligible customers will receive a fuel card based on the following structure:
$100 fuel card value for every $10,000 of loan amount settled up to a maximum value of $500.
Amounts are rounded down to the nearest $10,000 increment.

a. The fuel card will be issued after loan settlement has occurred and eligibility has been verified.
b. Delivery will typically occur within 30–60 days of settlement but may vary.
c. The fuel card will be issued via a third-party provider selected by Fido Finance, for example Prezee gift cards, and may be offered as a general purpose gift card which may be redeemed via the third party provider for a fuel card at participating outlets.
d. The fuel card is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.
The Offer does not apply where:
– The enquiry is not clearly attributable to the promotional campaign
– The loan does not settle within 3 months of enquiry
– The customer withdraws or does not proceed with finance
– The application is declined by the lender
– The loan is settled through another broker or directly with a lender
– Fraud, misuse, or manipulation of the Offer is suspected
Fido Finance reserves the right to determine eligibility at its reasonable discretion.
Only one fuel card incentive is available per settled loan unless otherwise stated.
This Offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly specified.
The fuel card:
– Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
– Must be issued to the name of the borrower(s) on the finance contract
Any tax liability arising from receipt of the fuel card is the responsibility of the customer. Customers should seek independent financial advice if required.
To the extent permitted by law:
– Fido Finance is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage relating to the fuel card once issued
– Fido Finance is not liable for any issues arising from third-party fuel card providers
– Fido Finance does not guarantee approval of any finance application
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
By participating in this promotion, individuals authorise Fido Finance to collect, hold, use, and disclose their personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Fido Finance’s Privacy Policy available at https://fidofinance.com.au/privacy-policy/.
This may include sharing personal information with third parties involved in administering the promotion.
Fido Finance may use participants’ personal information to communicate via mail or electronic means (including email, phone, SMS or other digital channels) for the purposes of direct marketing, providing commercial communications, and offering financial, credit or other products and services.
Participants may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting Fido Finance or using unsubscribe functionality where available.
The collection, use and disclosure of personal information will be managed in accordance with Fido Finance’s Privacy Policy.
a. Fido Finance reserves the right to verify eligibility and request supporting documentation.
b. Fido Finance may amend, suspend, or cancel the Offer at any time where reasonably required.
c. Any decisions made by Fido Finance in relation to this Offer are final.
d. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
