Kosta from Fido Finance is a legend - not because I was successful in obtaining the finance I was after, but because of his competence in helping you reach a successful outcome. I have never applied for such high finance, and was very cautious with it all, but Kosta was on call when I had late questions and concerns, he was calling me back at 6pm with all the relevant info I was concerned about during the process. Fido finance obviously train their staff to get the BEST deal for their customers, not just go with the easiest route. They all say they will get you the best deal, but I found others will go the easiest way for them to seal the deal as quickly as possible that suits them! Kosta from Fido secured me the best option for ‘me’ and genuinely tailored it to ‘my’ needs, even having the lender REWRITE the contract with a slight change that suited me best. Without even thinking I would apply for finance, from just a simple enquiry, to being approved and 100% ready to pay and purchase the car, Kosta had me ready to do so in just a couple of days, even with all my questions and phone calls, the whole process was surprisingly simple and smooth. Honestly, I don’t think I would have went ahead with it all if I dealt with anyone other than Kosta, he is an asset to Fido.
